Teaching Assistant

Location: Various West London Schools.

Hours/Days: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £80-£120 per day.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant working through Teach Now at Our Client, you’ll be instrumental in providing valuable support to teachers and students alike. 

Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities
  • Providing personalized support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supervising students during break times and extracurricular activities
  • Collaborating closely with teachers and staff to address individual student needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in education.
  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable.
