James has a condition called Joubert Syndrome and joined the IPES programme after being referred by his job centre.
After identifying job goals, James and his advisor, Becky, created a professional CV and worked together to apply for jobs and prepare for interviews.
Wanting to upskill and learn as much as possible, James completed and passed a number of courses including digital skills and customer service.
In August 2021, James put all of his interview skills to brilliant use and secured a job at his local supermarket.
Hearing from James since, he has said, “I have found IPES and my keyworker really helpful and am enjoying my new job.”
